To ensure an effective and productive learning experience, participants are expected to comply with the following policies: 

  • Participants are encouraged to complete the placement test before enrolling (where applicable).  
  • Enrollment is based on a First Come, First Served policy. Participants who complete their registration earlier will be given priority for class placement, subject to seat availability. 
  • Learning schedules are determined based on the selected program and class availability.  
  • Customized programs for institutions or corporate clients may follow separate agreements regarding curriculum, schedule, and assessment.
