[ARTICLE] Understanding Lifepoints
Hello Binusian! Are you wondering about what is exactly a Life Point? Well, Life Point is a time-based system on the Beelingua platform that guides your learning progress. It’s designed to help users stay consistent and focused. Here’s a concise explanation:
What Is Life Point?
- 1 Life Point = 2 months, meaning you have 2 months to complete 1 course (e.g., level A1.1).
- If you don’t complete the course within that time, you lose 1 Life Point.
Life Point Allocation
Life Points vary by Binusian enrollment year:
- Binusians B2025 and earlier (B2025, B2024, etc.): 3 Life Points
- Binusians B2026, B2027, etc.: 2 Life Points
Life Point Deduction
You will lose a Life Point if:
- You don’t complete at least one course (pass the Final Test) within 1 Beelingua period (2 months).
- You fail the Final Test, then fail the Re-Exam as well. In this case, all your Life Points will be depleted.
Restoring Life Points
You can fully restore your Life Points by:
- Completing at least one course (passing the Final Test) within 1 Beelingua period (2 months).
When Life Points Run Out
If your Life Points are depleted:
- Your current course will be locked.
- You must contact the Beelingua team to resubscribe and get new Life Points.
