Hi Binusian! Are you wondering what is exactly the meaning of ‘Beelingua Period’? This term is actually the time allocated by the Beelingua platform for users to complete a course. There are SIX PERIODS in a year, with the following schedule:

  • Period 1: February – March

  • Period 2: April – May

  • Period 3: June – July

  • Period 4: August – September

  • Period 5: October – November

  • Period 6: December – January

You can view your active Beelingua period on the Home page of the Beelingua platform, located at the top right corner of the screen.

Obligations in Each Period

In each Beelingua period, you are required to complete 1 course, which consists of a total of 330 Experience Points (XP), calculated based on the following components:

  • 1 Unit = 10 XP

  • 1 Checkpoint (CP) = 50 XP

  • 1 Course Mastery (CM) = 100 XP

The total XP for 1 course in 1 period is calculated as follows:

(8 Units × 10 XP) + (3 CP × 50 XP) + (1 CM × 100 XP)
= 80 XP + 150 XP + 100 XP
= 330 XP

Hope this helps! Have fun learning in Beelingua!
